What, exactly, is the difference between a Logger that is initially created and initialized when it is first requested (at a random time) using getLogger() and a Logger that is recreated after the previous one has been garbage collected?

Is anything beside LoggerContext working on Logger configuration?

I really don't see the problem, obviously...
