[logback-dev] Logback Maven repo for deploying releases?

P.S. Things like logback-extensions and logback-android could use
Sonatype's hosted Nexus while existing qos.ch projects retain their
current approach.  You could then move those at your leisure to
Sonatype's hosted Nexus if you wanted.

Thoughts?
