Part of the evaluation is to syndicate all logging events to Logback using SLF4J. Since SLF4J/Logback logging events provide much more information then Eclipse log events, the GSOC also evaluates whether a another log view would make sense - which makes Logback’s Beagle a candidate.</div><div><br></div><div>However, it looks like it’s not actively maintained anymore and the source code of Beagle seems to be elsewhere than the rest of the Logback code base. I’d be glad if someone of the dev team could provide the link to the sources and tell me about potential future plans with Beagle. If you’d like to comment on the Bugzilla issue raised at <a href="http://eclipse.org">eclipse.org</a>, please look at [1].</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Marcel</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>[1] <a href="https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=437433">https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=437433</a></div></body></html>
