[logback-user] Eclipse console plugin

Hi Matthias,

The plugin has been rewritten and should be released later this month or early 
May. If you wish to contribute, the new code is available at
   http://github.com/ceki/logback-beagle
but you should know that it still needs some work. A helping hand would be much 
appreciated.
