[logback-user] User manual in logback version 0.9.27

Ceki:

I've created both JMS and DB appender scenarios here, the latter running
in DB2 on an IBM iSeries. The DB appender will go into use first for
convenience, but long term, the JMS solution may be preferable.

As long as the JMS code is not going to disappear unannounced, I can work
with the documentation from the earlier version.

Hi Merritt,

Given that there are very few questions about the JMS-based appenders, I
assumed that no one was interested in them. If that assumption is wrong,
for example if other users also complain about the same missing
documentation, then I'll go and add the section on JMS-based appenders.

Cheers,
