[logback-user] Problem with Logging in Linux

IIRC, Logback looks for the XML file in your classpath.  Maven gives you a
lot of stuff for free (and via plugins) that you have to, if memory serves,
manually do with ANT, e.g., copying certain files from the source directory
to your build/target directory.
