[logback-user] Timeout may frequently occurred on logback.qos.ch [IPv6]

Hi Takuma,


There were multiple issues involved.

1) There was a router issue which dropped all IPv6 packets.
2) there are two DNS servers for the qos.ch domain. They are configured 
differently.
3) There is indeed an APache configuration problem which I am trying to 
identify.
