Please correct me if wrong, but it doesn't seem possible to share<br>
encoder definition in multiple appenders.<br>

I guess there is a reason why encoder instances cannot be shared, but<br>
wouldn't it be possible to support at least sharing definition?<br>
<br>
Now I have to resort to copy-pasting same encoder definition multiple<br>
times which is suboptimal, not DRY.<br>
