[reload4j] org.apache.log4j.jmx missing in v.1.2.19

Hello,


I am trying to replace log4j1 with reload4j v.1.2.19 and found that
the org.apache.log4j.jmx package is not there any more.


Our code cannot compile because it uses the  jmxHierarchyDynamicMBean. I
wonder if it's available in other artificats. If not, would it be possible
to add them back?
