This bug should be fixed in revision 1049. I have used most of the patch Joern
provided. 

The constructor for BasicMarker is still package private. I have added the
getDetachedMarker method to IMarkerFactory and MarkerFactory classes, which
should be equivalent.

Please let me know if this works for you.
