I'm using Ivy, where the dependency is <dependency org="org.slf4j"
name="slf4j-log4j12" rev="1.5.8" conf="runtime"/>

I did take a closer look at my build output though and you are right, 1.5.2 is
being pulled in:

[ivy:retrieve]  org.slf4j#slf4j-api;1.5.2 by [org.slf4j#slf4j-api;1.5.6,
org.slf4j#slf4j-api;1.5.8] in [runtime, test]

Any idea why that's happening?
