Added the MANIFEST.MF along with the required changes in pom.xml. However, I
did not include the following two lines, mostly because the manifests in the
other SLF4J modules do not have them.

Bundle-ClassPath: log4j-over-slf4j-1.5.6.jar
Provide-Package: org.apache.log4j

These changes will be incorporated into SLF4J 1.5.9-RC0. (I am marking this bug
as FIXED. Do not hesitate to re-open if the changes are insufficient.)
