+1 to change this to a set.

Is it really such a big deal to fix this? As several people have commented, a
Set fits better anyway and getting these warnings makes slf4j look flaky to the
untrained eye.
Multiple WAR EAR files are very common, as are custom classloading structures
(e.g: we combine every module within an EAR into a single classloader).
