[slf4j-user] jcl104-over-slf4j throws exception on release()

I did some more testing. In Tomcat 5.5.17 the release() method is still
called, but the exception doesn't stop redeployment. So the problem is
easily fixed if you can upgrade to 5.5.17.

I submitted a bugzilla report now, where I put the stacktraces etc.
