[slf4j-user] log4jdbc library now uses SLF4J

Hello Arthur,

Thank you for the information. I just added log4jdbc to the list of projects 
depending on SLF4J. I've used P6Spy in the past and found it quite valuable.
log4jdbc looks even better.
