[slf4j-user] DEBUG & TRACE with SimpleLogger

Hello,

I wonder why DEBUG and TRACE are disabled with the SimpleLogger. In my
opinion, this logger is useful for debugging an application during
development, because it is easy to set up compared to a log4j
environment. However, in a development stage, I expect the logger to
write everything to the console, especially debug messages! Is it
possible to enable them ?
