[slf4j-user] New SLF4J-compliant logger (blatant plug)

Sorry for the blatant plug...

I just released a new SLF4J-compliant logger called AVSL. It's intended to be
a simple alternative to existing logging frameworks; among other things, it
uses an INI-style configuration, rather than XML. Since it's SLF4J-compliant,
it can be swapped (in or out) for more feature-rich logger frameworks. Details
