[slf4j-user] Automated checker for SLF4J

Thanks for making this.  I'm just setting it up and noticed the doc on
rules set needs changing from
            <ruleset>src/rulesets/slf4j.xml</ruleset>
to
            <ruleset>slf4j.xml</ruleset>
