[slf4j-user] RFC: slf4j-fluent

See LoggerContext.getFrameworkPackages() method.

Sample use:

     ContextUtil contextUtil = new ContextUtil(context);
     contextUtil.addGroovyPackages(lc.getFrameworkPackages());
