The logback-demo should be presented to the outside world.

Do we add it to the logback structure as another sub project of logback-parent?

Do we make an additionnal level of parent pom.xml files that would group
logback components, demos, and skin+site?

Possible problem: building the assembly might be an issue if all the sub
modules are not presents.
