First let me be clear about one detail: this report is for the eclipse plugin,
not for logback core.

In memory filters in the eclipse plugin would allow to define a restrictive
filter when starting an application, to see only usual logs, and then when a
problem occur change the filter to see more logs even in what has already
happened. It means that the filter wouldn't be applied to logback itself, but
only to the plugin view.

For configuring filters per project, I'm talking about eclipse projects, ATM
you can only configure your plugin filters for your whole workspace, it would
be interesting to provide per project settings.
