[logback-dev] Reverted logback license back to LGPL

Hi Lilianne,

Dealing with a single license is already very complicated. Dual
licensing, in particular contradictions between the two licenses, just
makes dual licensing unbearably complex.

Other than that, it's a good idea. :-)
