[logback-dev] 95 outstanding bugs

Hello all,

I will be spending the next few days reducing the number of outstanding bugs 
from 95 to a lower more manageable number. In general, important changes are 
always listed under "news.html". I will also send summaries on this mailing 
lists from time to time.
