Hello Alessandro,

I have tested this report on my local machine. It all works nicely. The problem may be related to your MUA/email client? Which MUA are you using? I am using Thunderbird version 2.0.0.19. 

By the way, the UTF-8 encoding is default, you do not need to specify it.
