The location (LBCORE or LBCLASSIC) is unimportant.   It's early in the morning and I haven't quite woken up so I am not following you. Could you please give an example of how ReconfigureOnChangeFilter failing to uuencode spaces? What spaces, in the file name?  

How do can the problem be reproduced?
