Hi,

I think also that, the fragment approach is the better one.
Eclipse-BuddyPolicy is Equinox specific and deprecated,
the generic OSGi pendant is Bundle-BuddyPolicy.

Hm, interessant thought ... logger/appender naming conflics could be resolved
by enhancing names with plugin/fragments ids.
