[logback-dev] next enhancements for logback-beagle

Hello all,

It's quite imperative for logback-beagle to display stack trace lines as
an item spanning multiple columns. Nebula's Grid offers this feature. I
also implemented activated text wrapping for long messages as well as
column groups.

Column groups unfortunately have some quirks [1]. More importantly
tough, the Nebula Grid feels sluggish even when rows are added in
batches. If that was not enough, it seems that Nebula Grid incorrectly
displays rows. It may be that there is a bug in logback-beagle causing
the Grid to behave erratically. I am trying to identify the problem.
