[logback-dev] Copyright headers

Hi,

my opinion is:

[x] Yes, logback-extensions should be released under the QOS.ch banner.
[] No, it should be released under a different banner.
[] Maybe (please explain)

logback is also released under QOS.ch banner.
It would be very confusing, if logback and logback-extensions will go
separate ways.
