[logback-dev] Logback Maven repo for deploying releases?

Hi all,

Is there an existing public Maven repo to which Logback releases are
deployed (like Nexus)?

If so, I'd like to be able to deploy to it when cutting a release of
Logback Extension if possible.  Thoughts?  Also, how are these
artifacts promoted to Maven Central?
