[logback-dev] Changes in ContextAwarebase

Hi Joern,

FYI, I changed the constructor of ContextAwareBase to take a 
ContextAware object instead of Object previously. I think this change 
makes errors less likely. For one, I passed a Context instead of 
ContextAware by mistake on several occasions.
