  Bump Spring from 3.1.1 to 3.2.2 to fix error

7a9665b8299fc2d3bcb75eeb6f16cc97f0ec02c1 replaced SystemPropertyUtils
with ServletContextPropertyUtils, which was introduced in 3.2.2. Since
loggly-ext-spring was configured for 3.1.1, this caused a build error.
