Description:
  The SCM URL in the published Maven POM file is incorrect (see https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ch/qos/logback/logback-parent/1.2.11/logback-parent-1.2.11.pom).
  
  Currently the URL is "_https://github.com/ceki/logback_" but should be "_https://github.com/qos-ch/logback"._
