Description:
  The [servlet-api-2.5.jar|https://github.com/qos-ch/logback/blob/master/logback-access/lib/servlet-api-2.5.jar] that exists in the logback-access/lib folder has several files with Sun Copyright notices (e.g. javax/servlet/resources/j2ee_1_4.xsd and others in that folder)
  
  Corporate lawyers reviewing the licenses for your source code trip over these and think these licenses apply to your code and make the usage of it difficult, or prevent it from being used at all. 
  
  I realize you probably need it for the build process, but if you could pull that at build time with Maven so the file isn't physically present in your source repository, it would avoid confusion about which licenses really apply for your code.
