[logback-dev] Logback access issue JIRA LOGBACK-1229

hello logback community,

I am recently using logback access valve with tomcat server and running
into this issue in the JIRA ticket.

The PR is in the ticket.
This ticket has been pushed back for almost 2 years and am wondering if
this is on track to be fixed in logback 1.4.5.
