I have found logback 1.3.1 in the news 2022-09-14 https://logback.qos.ch/news.html and published on Maven Central https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/ch.qos.logback/logback-classic/1.3.1 It is not announced yet http://mailman.qos.ch/pipermail/announce/2022/thread.html

Unfortunately the last Github tag is 1.3.0 https://github.com/qos-ch/logback/tags/ (2022-09-22 18:33 UTC). Could you add that please? We need that downstream for reviews and qualified release notes.
