[logback-dev] what replaced StaticLoggerBinder to invoke ContextSelectorStaticBinder.init()?

[logback developers list]

We certainly have relied on it up until now, but it looks like we can put the logic from our custom ContextSelector into an SLF4JServiceProvider.
