[logback-user] logger wildcard name?

Hello Ralph, Hello Joseph,

I am under the impression that Joseph is not yet familiar with appender 
additivity nor logger level inherirance. Both concepts are explained
under Chapter 2: Architecture [1]. Joseph, please rectify if my 
impression is incorrect.
