[logback-user] Release of logback version 1.0.9

Hi,

this is a bit out of topic, but can you enlighten me on this :

"The logger cache field in |LoggerContext| now uses a 
|ConcurrentHashMap| instead of a regular |HashMap|. This dramatically 
improves the speed of logger retrieval"

I would have thought ConcurrentHashMap to be less efficient than plain 
HashMap...
