[logback-user] Re-create log file if it gets deleted

Hi,

I'm using a RollingFileAppender with the size&time based rolling policy
SizeAndTimeBasedFNATP.

If for some reason the log file gets deleted I need to re-create it.
I checked and currently this doesn't happen.

Any pointers on how this can be done?
