[logback-user] Log file ot created

Hi Paolo,

The logic should stay the same. What do status messages say? See

   http://logback.qos.ch/manual/configuration.html#statusListener

or add the following after result.start()

LoggerContext lc = (LoggerContext) LoggerFactory.getILoggerFactory();
StatusPrinter.print(lc);
