[slf4j-dev] Moved MarkerFactory to slf4j-api

Hi all,

After I moved LoggerFactory to the slf4j-api module, we've seen that it was possible 
to do just the same with the MarkerFactory.

I guess that this change should not impact anybody... do not hesitate to tell me that 
I'm wrong :)
