Hi Joern,

Thank you for this contribution. I could follow parts of the
conditional build logic. However, how is the .5 build of slf4j-api
propagated to the bindings? How do slf4j-nop, slf4j-simple,
slf4j-jdk14 and so forth know that they need the .5 build of
slf4j-api? What am I missing?
