Once #83 is done MDC.getContext() can be implemented.
As I see it a fresh new Hashtable could be returned on each call.

Motivation: ThreadPoolExecutor job needs to have MDC copied from the requestor.
We also want to it via log4j-overslf4j API
so that we would retain the option to go back to log4j.
