Hello Anton,

Added getCopyOfPropertyMap to the MDCAdapter and MDC classes. Please let me
know if it meets your requirements.

The MDC.getContext method in the log4j API is marked as internal. If one day
you wish to switch to log4j, then it's not the one or two MDC lines that are
going to stop you.
