"Bridging legacy APIs" doc[1] & "SLF4JBridgeHandler" Javadoc[2] both refer to
invoking "SLF4JHandler.install()" whereas the class is (now?)
SLF4JBridgeHandler, so should be "SLF4JBridgeHandler.install()"
