I looked around. You would think that this information would be inherited from
the parent module. This doesn't mention it is:

http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-pom.html#Project_Inheritance

So I'm guessing you have to mention the library in every pom.xml file. :-(
