Thank you for the feedback.
Later versions of SLF4J, if a NoClassDefFoundError were thrown, would direct
you to http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#StaticLoggerBinder which contains
further instructions.
Please note that if you are using slf4j-simple version 1.5.8, then you should
also use the same version for slf4j-api, i.e. 1.5.8. This is further explained
at:
