I guess this won't be included in the very near future ;)

SLF4J 2.0 must stay compatible with 1.5.x because there can be only one version
of SLF4J on the classpath and SLF4J is widely used in libraries.
If you use 2.0 in your code it must not break libraries depending on/compiled
against the 1.5.x version.
