[slf4j-dev] Facing performance issue on Android

Hi,

Facing an screen freeze issue before first activity. As MainApplication
uses LoggerFactory.getLogger($class).

This method if called first time checks for if StaticLoggerBinder comes
from two locations. That takes 200-600 inclusive CPU Time depending on the
device used.

I have given a stab at solving this problem, i'll be humble if u could
review the change.
