For better compatibility between Log4j2 and Logback I added a lazy evaluation of the level threshold (cf. [LOG4J2 #1054|https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2/pull/1054]).

Since it's already too late to include it in Log4j2 version 2.19.0, we'll fix it in 2.19.1.
